Yes. You can create and manage campaigns for multiple sites using our "Advertiser Manager" tool or just install the same tracking code on multiple sites. To find your "Advertiser Manager", log into your account, click your name at the top right and select "Manage Advertisers." From there, use the green "New Advertiser" button to add an additional site. Every new site you create gets its own tag, dashboard, ad manager, etc. All campaign and billing data will be kept separate as well.
