Withdrawing Campaign Funds

You can request any remaining funds be withdrawn from your account at any time. To request the withdrawal:

  • Head to Manage-> Campaigns and pause the campaign(s) you want refunded.
  • Write an e-mail to ads@sharpspring.com with subject line "Funds - Account name", where "Account name" is the name of your business in Perfect Audience. In the body of the email, include the campaigns you'd like refunded.
  • We will initiate a refund on unspent funds back to the credit cards they were received from within 48 hours. There is a 7% administrative fee for withdrawing funds.
     

SharpSpring Users: There should be no campaign funds available to use.
