As we continue to evolve and improve our offerings, we have decided to retire the SharpSpring Ads (formerly Perfect Audience) platform on August 15, 2024.
You can request any remaining funds be withdrawn from your account at any time. To request the withdrawal:
- Head to Manage-> Campaigns and pause the campaign(s) you want refunded.
- Write an e-mail to ads@sharpspring.com with subject line "Funds - Account name", where "Account name" is the name of your business in SharpSpring Ads. In the body of the email, include the campaigns you'd like refunded.
- We will initiate a refund on unspent funds back to the credit cards they were received from within 48 hours. There is a 7% administrative fee for withdrawing funds.
