Connections on SharpSpring Ads are two-sided, double-opt-in relationships, just like on LinkedIn or Facebook. In order to connect with someone, one party must first request a connection using the red "Connect" button on the right side of a profile:
This will generate a connection request. The other party will receive an email alert and the request will appear on their "requests" page where they can accept it or ignore it:
Requests must be accepted for partnerships to be created.
